Important changes to the pitch ticket categories:

Given our limited space, the increasing participation of larger vans and for safety reasons (escape routes, etc.), we have decided to redefine the vehicle tickets and the corresponding spaces.

Please select tickets that match the size of your vehicle. Vehicle lengths will be checked upon entry.

For groups: Please note that we strictly enforce the size definitions at the camps. If you arrive in groups with different vehicle lengths, please only use the camps approved for the longest vehicles. There will be no exceptions. We ask for your understanding.

The corresponding parking spaces on site are signposted. Please only drive to the camp areas that are suitable for your vehicle and that have been designated by us. Reserving and blocking areas is not permitted (if you want to park with friends, please wait for each other and drive to the area together). Our teams will give you instructions at the camps.

Each vehicle is provided with a space of 3 meters (10 feet) between the awning and the neighbor. The erection of awnings, tents, pavilions and additional structures is not permitted. Awnings installed with the vehicle can of course be used. Please respect this rule, the other vanlifers also want a space.

Please line up in a row, leaving an awning width of space between you and your neighbor, please respect our helpers who are directing you, please leave space for the marked driving lanes.

Any brand and/or logo presentation, advice, advertising on the camping areas is prohibited. Brand presentation is (unless otherwise agreed) reserved exclusively for listed partners/exhibitors in the area of the exhibition grounds and after prior written agreement. In the event of a violation, the organizer is entitled to issue a ban on use of the site and to exclude the person(s) concerned from the event.
